How would you send Pokémon from a hacked 3DS to Home though? Wouldn't you need to sign in your Nintendo account and Nintendo would track it?

TPC only tracks the Pokémon themselves iirc, as long as the mons are legitimate, transferring is fine. The problems will only arrive once Bank’s online connectivity dissolves.

The 3DS already has an SD card, it's small but enough to do the initial hack I'm pretty sure. Why would getting another one be such a barrier anyway? They are super cheap these days and will let you store free games.
