You can so this but you wont get more eggs/minute with just 1 Ditto. They will just be seemingly random among the 5 mons but at the same egg/minute rate as just 1 mon and Ditto. Austin John did a test and his data showed that 3mon/3ditto increases the egg/minute rate slightly though, so go nuts!

Is there even a point to eggs anymore? IVs can be boosted and all egg moves are garbage.
