>>54703978>1.They are both fucking dragons. And this has what to do with what, exactly? That just means they're the same, not opposites.
>2. Explain the interaction of Ho-Oh (fire) and Lugia(psychic), Palkia(water) and Dialga(steel), Solgaleo(Steel) and Lunala(Ghost), and Koraidon(fighting) and Miraidon(Electric)Sure, easy: none of those are stated to be opposites of each other or two halves of the same whole. They're narrative counterparts, without having to oppose one another. They don't need to interact with each other the way Reshiram and Zekrom do to make sense.
>The whole lore between the two dragons was that they were once a single dragon that split itself apart because the original twin brothers couldn't decided how the land they founded should be run. They are there to represent the brother's plans for Unova.I did play the game and I'm well aware of that. All that means is that they don't actually represent truth vs ideals, they represent brother A's truth and brother B's ideals, which happened to oppose one another in this particular context. So, like I've always said, it's a very specific and artificial concept that really doesn't smoothly apply to natural creatures. Now, one could argue that Reshiram and Zekrom are technically man-made since they only exist because of the brothers, but that's an element of their concept and design that is barely touched on, if at all.
