One of my favourites, its a shame how its utterly outclassed in game and the only attention it gets from the fanbase seems to be featuring it in porn or shitty creepypasta stuff.
It can't even get Dream Eater in SV. Hypno's really been done wrong over the years.

Yeah, even weirder since they did end up giving it to them in LGPE, so its not like they just forgot about it not learning it by level up in other games after all this time. Wish Drowzee/Hypno got it properly instead of it being a weird one off movepool addition in LGPE.

They scrapped a lot of evos for the same reason they redesigned the game map and changed the plot: they realized Gen 2 needed to be more distinct or else the franchise would flounder.
