Give it a little tablet and watch it push the pictures and have it say the words they mean.
Psychic types seem to be on par with humans at times and they know and follow commands with just words so they understand english/whatever language the trainer speaks. Or talk to you psychicly.
Then we have meowth, tentacruel, zoroark, any pokemon that posesses someone, apparently when a pokemon can turn into a human it gets that to with ninetails, rotoms,
