Though it definitely doesnt represent even distantly the past 10 years of Pokémon, that got the 2 best "remakes" and the 2 best generations that PTSD could only watch and disappear in silence, it does represent your stance as a nothing golem that would consume anything with poketto monsuta on it
Objectively, Pokémon has always been low quality in technical, gameplay regards and base plotlines. Though its scheme, of all that is comprised, that is a lot, as well as many masterpiece level things, made it great and enjoyable regardless.
These things have OBJECTIVELY only got stale and worse, thus not repaying for the lacking rest, as well as a general generational worsening and decreasing in quality change, only with Switch.
This also isnt only a thing with pokemon but with nintendo in general too. Switch is the most pathetic era in all the history of Nintendo, with the most amount of laziness, remakes, incapability to innovate, capitalismo overloado, and recycling than any other.
Still, not all pokémon was bad, as wasnt not all nintendo. Legends was ok, and dlc gen 9. But the mark left by the worst games in the franchise, PTSD and LGBT will never just pass and be forgotten. It will for you, because all you want is to consume. You dont have any passion, skill, interest. youre a golem made for consumption.
