Rhyperior has all the flaws of Throh and Sawk (ugly fat body with short legs and thin dangly arms, human job and artificial clothing, weird eyebrows, head awkwardly attached to torso) but on top of that it shits on a classic line that's emblematic for the series.
Rhyperior is worse by a notable margin.

But do you have any that are actually worse than Rhyperior and Magmortar?
Diggersby looks like a fat construction worker too, but at least it doesn't shit on a classic design, and none of the Pokemon you mentioned are comparable to a fat nigger with guns. This one looks pretty good too

The evolution items are implied to be man made. Laventon doesn't know what they are in the dex entries, implying they're objects from the future.
Though an Alpha Rhyperior and an Alpha Electivire can be found in the wild.

Probably my least favorite evo from Sinnoh. Rhydon has a good stat profile and movepool, I don't get why he needed to get an evolution that's basically the same as magmortar conceptually (fat and arm cannons)

Rhyperior, Magmortar and Electivire are obviously a unique trade evolution branch. They all evolve from gen 1 monster-like Pokemon using artificial items and become more human-like.

Not all of them. Porygon can only evolve if he gets a manmade upgrade.
Other than Porygon Magmar, Electabuzz and Rhydon are the only Pokemon that need artificial machines to evolve.

There's canonically(and gameplay-wise) multiple methods to achieve the same evolution.
Steelix, Accelgor and Escavalier have alternate methods detailed in their entries.
Nothing says this isn't the case for this trio.
Porygon is an oddity because it was artificial in the first place.

Heck, even the fact that Rhyperior has it's hide resembling Construction worker gear can be taken in reverse in the Pokémon world: Rhyperior's pattern + the fact they're rrally sturdy Pokémon inspired humans to make their construction gear similar to Rhyperior. (Like how apparently, humanity learned to do concrette thanks to Conkeldurr.)

I think it's more likely they don't do it because it's just extra modeling effort that almost nobody is going to notice. They're still introducing sexually dimorphic Pokémon, but they make sure the differences between the male and female form are really obvious.
