She's stated to be the world's most powerful human psychic, so I imagine she's one of the few that can even be compared with a Pokemon period. As for which, I have no idea. I guess her acemon Alakazam would be a good baseline, as I like to imagine a Psychic Trainer can't control mons stronger than themselves due to the whole psychic link thing.

I like to think of Alakazam as a mountain she's trying to climb. She's nowhere near that level...yet, but one day she'll overpower that supercomputer mind! Goals, etc. Alakazam aware of all this, obviously, but is also very impressed that any human could have this much psychic power, and is curious to see how far she'll go.

Yeah, but what makes a Psychic Trainer so powerful is the link, as it allows them to communicate faster and non-verbally. Sabrina is probably the only one that can do that with top tier Psychic types.

A psychic link sounds a lot easier than psychic control. If the stronger psychic's allowing the link then I don't think you'd need to be that strong at all for that.
