Bruxish, it's always in people's lists of top most hated pokemon and I don't understand why. Yeah it's ugly but that's the point of it, I think it adds a needed niche to the underwater pokemon thematically, perfect representation of a weirdo tropical fish

and Gigantamax isnt just ok. Its the best design and concept so far, and its the core of pokemon. I love megaevolution too, but gigantamax is much better and its disgusting that to this retard-dom it got passed as "just le biger:)"

I think he looks good. Unironically, and not because I played him. I actually picked Snivy and regretted it.

He's a cool-ass wrestler with a pendant and he only looks weird if you stare at the "neck" too much.
Rest of the gen 5 dex deserves it though.

I generally agree with people when it comes to which mons are the absolute worst (stuff like Gholdengo, etc.) but I've literally never understood why people shit on Bruxish.
The biggest complaint just seems to be a general "it's ugly" but I need people to actually go look at what a lot of deep water fish look like because that's kind of the point. Maybe it's just because I've done a lot of snorkeling in my life so I've seen a lot more fish than most people do but I really need you guys to look up something like a Napoleon fish and tell me it's not fucking hideous

Honestly, now that I think about it most gen 5 mons aren't really that bad to me. I've never really gotten the extreme hate on the Vanillite/Trubbish lines or the monkey trio and I actually like Emboar design-wise, shame about it's dogshit stat distribution though.

The Karate/Judo mons and Druddigon though, yikes.
