Face it, pokken mogs every other pokemon game. And since the best selling pokemon games (as well as among the most favorite) are absolute vomit like swsh, if anything this proves that its good.
Besides, how are you going to sell a nintendo game that requires SKILL to an entire community of downies that cant play games? Be a minimum realistic. Pokken had even too much success for what it is and the context its in. But thats probably only thanks to japs since even a 2 months old jap can play skillfully, unlike any non japanese casual freak (and pokemon is a 98% casual fanbase)
If they had to base everything on numbers and attention, pokemon would be PTSD on repeat. We're actually blessed that TPC decides to make good games like unite, pokken, legends regardless from what the pokeretard wants or says.
