Nintendo and TPC basically have one rule with fangames and it's "don't make money"
But the problem is that fangame creators for Nintendo properties are terminally retarded and don't understand and try anyway or do it inadvertantly but hosting it on a site with ads like AM2R.
But no one will ever bring that up because it's prime clickbait to just make an article or video shitting on them for doing things normally.
