>>54762000The fact that Nob's scripts ended up as good as they did was a miracle. There's some places where he clearly didn't have visual context and the word choice is poor because of it, but on the whole it was better work than most RPGs got until the mid 00s.
His syntax was also kinda weird and fit well for making the games unique but understandable for kids. I just wish they edited textbox length and did more passes on formatting for Gen 4. You can feel the script getting fluffed up in spots to fit the "natural" flow of the JP version.
