Gens II, III, V, VIII, and IX don't have any proper standalone characters yet and you could probably argue that Eevee is a blatant omission even with most Pokemon being from Gen I anyway and would be cool as fuck with the different evolutions being used like Monado Arts (they might have to tap into the TCG for devolution stuff though)
If you asked me, for the missing gens I'd put in
