Buffalo fella is a new tauros
Klink is a new magnemite
Blitzle is a new ponyta
Alomomola is a new luvdisc
Gothita is a new ralts
Their are other pokemon that share similar inspirations that that might or might not count depending on your view of things such as Amonguss sharing the same "mimic" idea as voltorb, Munna and Drowsee both being tapirs linked to dreams, and the monkeys being clearly a failed attempt to recreate eevee.
This is on top of the already standard group of pokemon most generations reuse such as the starters, Patrat, Pidove, emolga, the fossils and the psuedolegend dragon. It makes Unova really weak in its own identity when so many of it's pokemon have already been done before.
