The battle is fair, Kyogre is just winning. One pokemon can make land, the other can make sea, you encounter them mid fight and see they're surrounded by sea. Why is fairness the question? The fight is fair, you're just coming at it after Groudon gets its ass kicked.

Kyogre is supereffective on groudon. Seas are vastly wider than lands. tsunamis are more impactful than earthquakes. Lands only get created by lava impacting water to start with... I dont know, maybe learn about anything at all of the world ypu live in, Pocket tard.
