Still, i dont feel like its a real downgrade, especially then with maps like the distortion world that in fact, even while being not as puzzly, become puzzly just by being big, intricate and confusing labyrints.
I do think RSE still incarnate the best spirit of adventure, due to having so many crazy puzzles, hard to reach locations, underwater maps. Sinnoh has a lot of depth in this matter through rock climb
