Here's some advice: don't get tilted over random battles. They're a stupid minigame you play while you take a shit, they're not meant to be taken seriously.
In fact, don't get mad at competitive pokemon at all, there's so much game deciding RNG it's just not worth the headache. Suck it up and move on to the next match.
