With access to Recover + Ice Body, it will be a pain to take down. I specifically did not give it veil because I think that would be too much, but all of the attacking moves I feel would give it more options. I was kind of surprised it didn't get freeze dry already considering it makes sense and this mon has base 100 SpAtt

You have equal defenses so Metal Burst will let you counter on either side, Gyro pairs well with Curse, Autotomize makes up for losing the garbage ability Light Metal, Horsepower for coverage, and Spikes is there to give you hazard setting potential. I think this one will still be the worst overall, but whatever. It could be good in doubles I guess.
