it hits just two types for SE while it's resisted by two and immuned by one, and that one just so happens to be one of the best types in the game.
it has three weaknesses but only two resists, one being itself which isn't really valuable when it's already a struggling type.
and there aren't any super-strong psychic moves to make up for it, either. psychic has no equivalent of draco meteor/fire blast/etc. so psychic types just don't hit as hard as their high spatk would suggest.
