The Unown I must admit I’m am not too interested in although if I had to surmise from the games - it seems to suggest that there was an ancient civilisation that based their script off their appearances. Perhaps they were even constructed to send messages to people quickly. Sigilyph is clearly related to them somehow.

Imagination theory requires you to believe that everything in the game is a complete lie and believe everything Khu says at face value. People are expecting them to say "lol magic turtle" in the DLC and give a middle finger to their entire narrative up until that point. The theory at this point is not about getting answers or a satisfying conclusion, it's about "lol i was right thanks riddler!"

Why it has these properties?

"Sheds scales" = Why?
Why it looks like that? Why it distorces space and time only by breathing? Why it makes pokemon gigantic with red clouds over and red eyes and a red sky? etc etc etc

Saying hes an alien isnt different than saying paradoxes come from the past and future. Saying az built the ultimate weapon isnt different than saying sada and turo built the time machine

Honestly imagination theory would make the most sense to me, the idea of Heath's writings being bullshit and the Paradox Pokemon being actually impossible paradoxes checks out, but I don't at all believe they'll do it because of branding. The Paradox Pokemon proved to be relatively popular, and in stuff like the TCG they specifically have the words "Ancient" or "Future" as mechanically relevant keywords.

I just don't see Gamefreak turning around and saying "Oh yeah, those cool past/future Pokemon we've been selling merchandise for? They're not real." Especially if they ever want to make other games that use time travel in some way, they'd want to make use of the already existing "past/future Pokemon" concept.

Pokemon fans truly can't read. I just said that they'll probably go with time travel. To answer your question though, the theory would be that Sada/Turo didn't just want to build a time machine, they wanted to prove that Heath was correct, and that's what Dokutaro helped them build.

So fucking off the mark it's not even close. The weapon fired and irradiated meteorites with infinity energy. Rayquaza eats meteorites, it has an organ that evolved to function like a mega stone based on this diet. It has nothing to do with the substance of the weapon because Mega Evolution is entirely caused by Pokemon Life Energy which was coined Infinity Energy by Devon. This is why Xerneas/Yveltal can be used to fire the weapon.
You probably think there's such a thing as a mega or non mega universe, don't you?

We don't know yet for sure, but it seems evident that he is controlling Kieran. There's purple stuff coming from his fist when he punches the shrine, which then revives the Loyal Three. It also seems responsible for giving the Loyal Three the powers they desired with the Toxic Chains so there's so wish fuckery going on.

There's no connection to the professor from what we can tell just from the things the game shows us, but the way they got terribly obsessed with their goal and were very powerhungry (which we can derive from the AI fight) seems to imply that there were influenced in a similar way.
There's a lot of theories regarding this but we don't know anything for sure yet.
