Why do all Pokemon cities have "city" in the name? Saffron City, Snowpoint City, Petalburg City etc. Are the cities named after the provinces they're located in, like Guatemala City, named after a historical figure like Ho Chi Minh City, or are they located in provinces named after the city itself, like the majority of cities with "city" in their names in the real world, like NYC, Kuwait City, Mexico City etc.?
