Hgss meganium gets nothing until post game where at least you can be silly and give it outrage and pretend it's doing something in the frontier, I was using specs frenzy plant on the league on the 2 or so mons it hit neutral on.
Gen 3 sceptile is also pretty useless, you have to give it dclaw so it's a bit less pathetic
Meanwhile curse torterra was silly broken and venusaur seed memes is always fun
