The loss of Toxic, Knock Off, Explosion and Defog turned Lando from a mon that could do everything short of sucking your dick to a barely viable scarfer and a mediocre rock setter that gets out a couple of EQs and dies. It can barely threaten anything that isn't immediately weak to EQ.
Look at the absolute garbage people are running to justify Lando having a niche in OU. Grass Knot, Smack Down, fucking Light Ball Fling.
