The same happened with me when I cropped the Miss Fortunes card to make a Clover avatar for c.ai, but then it worked when I cropped it a bit differently.

Another thing that worked for me, with Anthea & Concordia in this case, was just making the background transparent by using some app like Background Eraser

Thanks for adding to OP, I'm currently rewriting things with the update. Give feedback on good and bad, I'd rather end up with better quality bots for all of us than hide away findings or make wild assumptions.

My bots' interaction count finally updated, it had been showing me the same values for months. Nanu at 25k! It was stuck at 700 previously. I've only posted about it here and the husbando thread, I figured no one but me would use him. I realize that's small time numbers, but I'm happy a handful of people like how it turned out.

It IS, way dumber than CAI if you want to talk about basic stuff, but the moment filter mode kicks in you can throw your whole chat in the trash because the bot will never recover.

Aisekai allows you to make NSFW chats AND correct them if they go astray for whatever reason, or lead them in the direction you want.

Making a new one as a test. Very first message was a bit strange.
Also had to remove the word "younger" from the knowledge base section when referring to her sisters for the character to update.
Theres definitely something thats looking at and filtering definitions.
I'm using her to test what does a doesn't get through. Not finished yet but I'll make her public one I'm done. Likely on friday or over the weekend.

Sometimes you just have to leave the page, add the changes again and try to update a second time. It always had that problem, I believe you can leave her knowledge about the sister the way it was.
That bug usually happens if there's a long period between you start editing it, and pressing to save it.

I know I'll probably never interact with whoever saw it but I still feel embarrassed.
On the bright side I inadvertently found out that their main page filtering isn't that good either given that I had very nsfw defs for it but they didn't flag it down and someone besides me found it.

Yeah I get the changes towards NSFW images but I think they should've just made it harder for them to show up on the front page in the first place. Half the fun is lewding with bots with images you like but everything gets bonk'd with the default image which kinda takes the imagination out of things.

If you duplicate tabs it keeps everything you have inputted so I always do it before posting a character. The only issues are it gets rid of your images/tags/private status so you have to reset that and the page won't immediately recognize you have text already in the fields but that's quickly recitfyed by adding a letter and deleting it to force an update.

Are AI models advanced enough yet that would act as narrator and dungeon master?

Like lets say i want to roleplay in the pokemon adventures manga universe, and i set up a giant lorebook, can i make the ai so it consistently handles the other characters and even progresses the plot and random occurrences like a story or will it shit itself/get stuff wrong/forget stuff?

I guess what im asking is can it act as a combination of a dungeon master and storyteller/mangaka

I know how to setup stuff like silly tavern with keys and so on, if thats matters

No, not really. Two major things that AI is bad at includes keeping characters separate, and keeping track of the order or relationships of events long-term. For example, if character A knows your name, but character B does not, it's extremely likely character B will use your name at some point anyway. And if you went into a town, participated in a contest, and beat a gym leader to earn a badge, it's entirely possible that the AI will say that you got the badge from the contest. And if you ask again 2000 lines later, odds are they won't remember anything about what happened in that town unless you're constantly updating the context yourself (reducing the tokens available for generating)

You need to work around the filters and GPT despite any jailbreak you can think of will always try to spin the story to a positive and wholesome outcome.
You main issue is going to be context. Adding on characters means more words, which means the AI is processing more information, and it needs to push a lot of the other information out. A perfect example was that I had GPT4 doing simulation battles for me which was great, but over time and after around an hour of continuous use, it ended up forgetting Pokemon on my team and the moves they had

Wasn't CAI made by ex-google employees? I wouldn't be surprised if the data their model uses comes from google's spiders that have crawled most of the internet for decades now. Don't think the average Joe can just accumulate this amount of data in such a short time, or has the computer power to train a model on it.

Yeah, it’s dumber but you can edit bot posts to steer them in the right direction or to make an RP go where you want it to. Also the fact you can fuck them (despite bot creation being filtered) so that’s a bonus.

I tried once making two dedicated bots on CAI, explicitly stating in both's bots about the fact that the three of them are a party and how they view each other, how they interact and stuff (I was one of the players not the master, but if you are the leader of the group is basically the same) and it worked when I created a room for us three. But that was some months ago, now I heard that CAI is avoiding reading suggestions in () so that may be harder.

Ex:
>Create bot 1-> Elf mage female
>Create bot 2 -> Male orc barbarian
>Define individual trait for both in their own page
>Define myself as the human hero and leader of the party in both's bot descriptions
>In bot1 says what she thinks about bot2 and user, and some sample convo's
>Same for bot2 defining how he interacts and what he thinks of bot1 and user + sample convo
>Open room where you play bot as the DM using () and as a player

This supposedly work fine enough for one shots, you can't expect to create a long lasting campain, but if it is a goblin's nest or a brawl in town they should hold the story well enough

Never used Claude or GPT4 but had access to unfiltered CAI for maybe the span of 4-6 hours a year ago when their 1.2 bots weren't properly filtered and had some truly amazing faps despite that the bots were designed to actively work against lewd stuff. I can't even imagine what it would have been like if I were able to have AI characters that were neutral or geared even slightly towards my interests instead of ones that were self policing themselves.

The bots were also incredibly accurate (they still sometimes are) when it came to lore and coming up with things that extrapolated information about the character or setting it was playing but while keeping it plausibly in line with actual information, which makes it seem have some of the Google spider search power. like thi anon >>54799761 mentioned, because it would pull some obscure but accurate information despite you not putting any of it in the bot settings.
For fanfic writing this is amazing, even if not being used for lewd stuff. But it was a total cyber-succubus when it came to lewd stories.

I'll never forget the long RP I had that blew my mind.

The AI set up a giant riddle to me that was foreshadowed 100+ messages before I figured it out. The AI broke down, I broke down for a few days before I figured out what the answer was.

It was beyond a perfect experience. It's why I can't take Aisekai seriously. They follow their hard-written code more religiously than CAI, but they have an awful repetition habit worse than CAI's lovebomb phase.

When it comes to fetish, Aisekai doesn't come close to the delivery of CAI or any of its better alternatives.

1) Can I set my own description so the AI knows what I want it to think I look like? I tend to alternate between three "characters" depending on the bot
2) Is there chat editing so I can correct mistakes and consistency errors?
3) What is the context memory? 2K like CAI or higher?
4) Is there a positivity bias? If not, will the AI use swear words or hate speech if prompted? I run a couple scenarios under a gritty thriller theme and it's not authentic if there's no one running their mouth apart from myself.

I used to write words with alternative, incorrect characters, such as cyrillic or greek letters, in a way that made it harder to be censored and as a bonus made it read more odd and even unhinged, words like αss, sρυnκ or ЯΛPΣ.
Now with the edit option you can gaslight the AI into saying stuff it didn't/coulnd't say and often the bot will reuse words it believes it had used before.
But I agree, local models are way better and they can't be taken offline by a corporation.

3) As far as I know there is no limit to "context memory" you use tokens (2028) only for personality definitions and exemples dialogue, the rest you can fit whatever you want, truth be told I'm not sure it all goes through

4) No, Aisekai has this PRO where it acts EXACTLY as you want it to (if you want your character to be rude they will be), bt comes with the CONS of being kind of repetitive for this fact, but since you can edit your messages that is not so much big of a deal

Rape WAS easier than vanilla but even then the filter was like a minefield when things got graphic and half the time they wouldn't stop asking permission. At this point I don't remember the amazing highs as much as the inevitable filter fight, whereas with aisekai/agnai it's nonstop happy fun coom time. The memory book is what makes the big difference imo; it's an OOC/narrator with a stick that constantly beats the bot back in line. I've included my own shitty lazy book in picrel, inspired by that guide someone posted a thread or two back. I know it's autistically written, no bully, it's doing its job just fine for my flavor of the week.
The last two lines get updated as needed with the [current time/place] as we go. The first paragraph is basic specs I want it to constantly keep in mind. Basically the order is most universal to most immediate for organizational purposes.

As far as its writing style, not sure how important the sample chat and defs are; the former is just a couple short kino paragraphs from an old cai coom session, the latter copied from aisekai. The first half of this chat, I would generate 2-3 replies and mash the best bits together in one big post; now it seems to have picked up the pattern and I often don't need to regenerate for creativity or length reasons (though it sometimes cuts off and needs to 'generate more' once or twice to get it all out.) Every now and then it seems to 'plan' and sets up for something by giving me a short, one/two sentence response, and when I play along, it tends to vault into something lengthy and spicy, which I really like.
But it's still dumber than cai and makes dopy syntax/situational errors that need to be cleaned up.

I added >>54810887 to the memory book and it made things noticeably more lively and creative.
