there's no reason to add them really, though I wouldn't care either way. at the end of the day, almost nobody breeds in base games other than to get a baby/more eevees etc., and everybody breeds in pokemmo for all kinds of reasons especially IVs, so they are doing something right with the mechanic. do you completely lack self-awareness in how weird it looks to be so desperately tunnel visioned on this single mechanic? it's very obviously a case of buttmad.
