How do you fuckers like monotypes? I think they are very important to the franchise's identity. I also really like when their designs really feel like they just reflect that one type with no debate to be had.
>19.8% of Gen1
>16% of Gen 2
>24.4% of Gen 3
>19.6 Gen 4
>23.7% of Gen 5
>12.5% of Gen 6
>15.9% of Gen 7
>22.9% of Gen 8
>16.1% of Gen 9
These are the remaining non-legendary, non-mega, full evolved Pokemon that are still a single type. Bear in mind that the numbers may not be wholly accurate when you factor in forms and whatnot. As an example, I doubt G-Darm is counted amongst the new species of Gen 8. I also counted Silvally and Melmetal in Gen 7, when I know they are counted as legendary and mythical respectively, but they also seem like the kinds of Pokemon that would not be ruled out for future evolutions. I also probably just straight up forgot some fuckers. Then I decided to not count P-Tauros because of its form changes, but counted Castform so fuck me.
