I made a tierlist of all the pokemon characters in the games ranked from good to bad.

Also this tierlist was exhausting to make so I couldn't be bothered to figure out who is the best s tier character, worst s tier character, etc so there is no best character.

Also Cyrus and the rest of team galactic weren't there for some reason so just pretend Cyrus is in A tier along with the two female commanders and Charon and Saturn are in C tier.
