I need to have a first draft of ideas to start writing like a first early draft.

An issue most manga writers is that they start to improvise and eventually their story lacks a proper solid foundation they built the story on.

Plot holes are easier to fix in this stage if you like have a general idea of the whole story first instead of trying to patch initial bad ideas with later lore explanations.
