I'm just saying that Jirachi makes no sense if you consider the "wish granting" theory. You've formulated a theory completely based on reading information out of order, and I guarantee not a single one of you knows you can read any of this the second you take a look at its dex entry.
You're rationalizing reasons why a perfectly good Groudon didn't just come into existence, when what we've been presented with should have no problem doing so with a wishmaker. Hell, Butler could've just wished for it to be less aggressive and more like regular Groudon. The theory only makes sense if you look at it from one angle and at face value.
