I've grown sour on all real time based mechanics.

berry trees, day/night, seasons, it's all shit. Playing a Johto game and then realizing I need to wait 18 hours to catch a Ledyba because morning just passed isn't fun.

Trade evos made sense in the 90s.

You just don’t want to invest time in the games you play anymore
These games were made for kids who wanted to have fun using all the features, not speedrunners

I think Munchlax being as rare as it is is great. The fact that you have to wait makes it hard to reset for, meaning most of the people who got it did so by accident by just testing the feature. It’s good for replayability.

Feebas really isn't bad to catch at all. It doesn't even come close to being the most autistic grinds you can do in these games.
