That's not how Pokemon cards are written, let me help:
Whenever your opponent does any of the following, you may discard this card and prevent that effect.
*Search their deck for a card
*Play a card directly from the Deck (which is superfluous considering the first one*
*discard a card.
You may only use one Glue of OU per turn.

Probably by the new year, unless it ends up getting Scorching Sands or something in the DLC. There's going to be a lot of good Pokemon coming back.
