After further research, observation and deliberation I have decided that my previous list of most beautiful pokemon wasn't complete, thus I present to you:
THE OFFICIAL 3x3 MOST BEAUTIFUL POKEMON.
Things to note:
>Umbreon vs Espeon was a difficult decision, since both of them have a very good design. But I feel like Umbreon's glow and superior shiny form makes them slightly better. You can consider Espeon an honorable mention.
>Ceruledge has a cool, beautiful design despite being a humanoid pokemon. Since she is supposed to be an animate suit of armor she can get away with being human-shaped.
>Vore is a cringe fetish.
