Needs 4 more levels to get to its third evolution, only learns Flamethrower at level 46 and doesn't even have Fly in RB, only gets it in Yellow
Bulbasaur line gets Leech Seed, Razor Leaf relatively early and is good against the first three gyms
Poison Powder is also useful early on, but 75% accuracy is just atrocious
