There was also a video from a youtuber called Mother's Basement talking about Pokemon ripoff. He put fucking Yu-Gi-Oh, Shaman King and Beyblade in the list of Pokemon ripoff. And when people argued that, Pokemon didn't invent shit because of SMT and DQ5, he argued it was completly different because Pokemon fight instead of humans, while DQ5 and SMT monsters fight alongside them (but Pokemon and Beyblade? Same thing). Later, he put Ni No Kuni as a Pokemon ripoff, despite having monsters fighting alongside humans.
You see nobody accusing the first FF to be DQ ripoff because they're turn-based and the last ones to be a Tales Of ripoff because they're ARPG, or FF14 to be a WOW ripoff.
It's just Pokefags who are mentally challenged.
