In order to do that you need a Slowpoke that knows Teleport. Right when a trainer battle is about to start you click the menu, select Slowpoke and teleport away.
A battle will be initiated but it's in front of a pokemon center. After the battle, a Mew will appear. You have to catch it.
Continue the story until you see Mewtwo. Catch this one as well.
Go to the truck near S.S. Anne Frank only with Mew and Mewtwo in your party.
A wild Mewthree will appear. You cannot catch it but after defeating you, your Mew says thank you for saving the earth by offering her body to you.
