I'll give you that one but the soonest you can get a Water Stone playing on an emulator without conectivity is after teh E4 at the PWT.

You can get a Water Stone on Route 19 the moment you acquire Surf.
Also, if you really think Samurott is the only good water Pokemon in the Unova dex, then what makes Pokemon like Starmie, Lapras, Floatzel, Jellicent and Walrein, "shitmons?"

Azumarill and Golduck
So right at the start of the game you get access to probably the best physical water type in the game, and Golduck which has comparable stats to Samurott. Once you get surf your options open up more, as they do in every Pokemon game. I don't think the selection of water types in Black 2 in a problem.

Every available Water type is decent in-game, retard. I went through the entire list before making this post just to confirm there wasn't a Luvdisc or something. You are baiting and/or incompetent at an easy game.
