Dunsparce should be a GOD BANISHED FROM THE HEAVENS BY ARCEUS, he was stripped from his wings and now they're just a vestigial trait with barely any use. The original legendary Pokemon dunsparce was the master of the ground and sky but he sinned and Arceus turned him into a species of fat snakes as a punishment.
I would be happy if dunsparce didn't have an evolution but if there was one legendary dunsparce looking pokemon

I'm op and I think this evolution is pretty funny and all but if he doesn't get a third evolution maybe then that would be a little disappointing but whatever I don't play Pokemon games anymore anyway
