It will have to come on a console it hasnt even been announced nor leaked yet, too, and their statements on wanting to improve the quality of the games makes me think this.
If I have to guess again a real world location I think China or Australia are likely, I hope between the 2 its not australia because another dull generic openworld map wouldnt be so good, but I'm open to it being anything, maybe not even an earth region anymore
