>>54849787Meicrackmon VM is from 2016. Between 2017 and today, 249 Digimons were released. One of the last Digimon is inspired by the god of rain in Aztec religion (it's too early to talk about Big Ukkomon). It would be like talking about Vaporeon and describing it the way some people do here.
>>54849765In terms of powerscale Digimon are stronger. Are we having this debate again? Pokemon live alongside humans and exist in every Pokemon media even if you don't see them. They cannot be too strong or the Pokemon world would not be sustainable. And that's totally fine. There is nothing wrong with that. Digimon live in another world and don't necessarily exist (you don't have an Megidramon lazing around, minding it's own business in let's say Ghost Game ; it could appear but no known Digimon evoved into it in GG). Because of that, Digimon can create monsters able to destroy reality by just existing and it still workable because they only have the potential to exist. If and when they do, the characters used their growth and link with their digimon to do a Deus Ex Machina and save the day. And that's also fine.
