>>54856213If it is true then I can easily see it being a morale thing. Having your "A Team" being employees who work on original passion projects will make them feel better than just being an afterthought to everything Pokémon related.
But as far as I know each Gear Project game was made by different groups of employees, the idea behind it is that if someone has an original idea for a game and they can convince management to fund it then they can make it, but they also have to find staff to agree to work on it. So I can't see it being a fixed team.
