Same, Slither wing is an idea that is concept shouldn't've work (Stegosaurus moth), but came across beautifully. I'm also really fond of how well Hatterene worked. Flatwoods monster + alien gray + witch + wig display + Rapunzel. Another conceptually messy idea that comes together really well.

I won't ever play SV but I love Annihilape, Kingambit, the new teas and Blood Moon Ursaluna.

The pokemon are only a part of a game though.
I've watched some gameplay and it looks like absolute trash, and the lag looks like a real issue.
The only meme I shouldn't buy into is FOMO for not playing current gen.

This is massive cope, everything looks bland and soulless in SV, even a game as criticized as Sword looks much better, in part because the artstyle is better, it's not only about quality of graphics.

This is the only new mon from the past 7 years that I've genuinely liked that isn't a crossgen, regional variant/gimmick, or heavily-inspired by an old design like the "convergent" mons or paradox mons. Everything else I either hate or am lukewarm on.

I like that it stayed silly but just adding an extra body segment was absolutely lazy as fuck. They should've given it extra heads, a goofy tsuchinoko evolving into an equally goofy Orochi would've actually been a clever concept.
