He's either a mobile user with access to a lot of mobile stuff (he uses about 5-6 machines to shitpost) [and if he's the person who I think he is, also uses Virtual Machines on 2 of the machines.or he's a VPN fag. VPNs are easy to filter and you really aren't supposed to be posting on 4chan in general with one because they are mostly used for ban evasion. Mobile data hopping from VM to VM is a little more difficult to deal with because its harder to filter out is genuine and not; which is why rangebans go into place. Since he's a tech fag, he bypasses these with little to no issue by simply brute forcing an ip range that isn't covered, when finding said opening, then proceeding to use his machines to do the deed.
Why? No idea; early to mid 20's broken hearted mentally ill paranoid schizophrenic with various cluster B personality disorders is a bitch, especially if the sick mind is not a dumb one. At this point, the game is either to sit and wait until he gets the help he needs and stops, or commits suicide.
The mobile users take the fall for this, but that is an acceptable sacrifice, same with VPN users. Wake me up when he gets non mobile/VPN IP addresses added to the rangeban like Bui did.
