Why did /vp/ tell me this game was hard?

My whole team is 10 levels above every trainer and I can use 150 BP moves every fight. The fuck is this? Why did I listen to this retard board?

Yes, and you’re fighting totems with EVs and stat boosts that effectively make them 15 levels higher than their actual level all while having to fight 1v2.

If this were gen 5 you would be 10 levels higher while fighting nothing but complete shitmons with terrible zero EV sets.

I have one-shot every single totem so far on turn 1. I knew exactly what page this game was on when they gave me a brick break (yes, brick break) TM right at the start of the game, in the room immediately before the totem 4x weak to fighting.

I haven't played that game in years but it was nowhere near this bad.
