>>54888173I appreciate the "out there" picks. I love the idea of the player having a very strange new body they need to adapt to, but realistically some bodies would be too hard to do justice.
>RotomDenied- Would need to be mechanically too unique & Difficult to implement
>DriftblimUncertain- will test compatibility with other flying types
>>54888181>Zoroark Uncertain- As mentioned, Zoroark could really have their own game, but I know the demand is there. We'll see.
>LycanrocUncertain- scope allowing, could be interesting.
At this point, I feel I owe a greater description of the game. So far I've only made the intro, wherein the penniless player character arrives in the town and sees a billboard advertising a procedure which will pay to turn you into a pokemon, assuming you have the required genes, which you do. The player can create a list of Pokemon the game will randomly choose from for the TF, as well as a few possible modifiers and whether or not the player's gender should change. I don't describe the transformation itself in depth, sadly, it's a cut to white with the player then waking up in their new body and closely inspecting it. (Slow TF is fun but not really feasible here) After that, the game would be an adventure/life sim, but my current engine makes an inventory/menu impossible, so I need to move everything over. The routes I had been interested in pursuing were things like
>Getting a job>Finding a romantic partner (human or pokemon?)>Finding a trainer to participate in battles>Old friend moves into town, doesn't recognize youEtc.
