i think it's funny that lurantis has higher attack but contrary leaf storm is just a better use for it

There are actual flowers that have evolved to look and smell like insects to attract pollinators which mistake the plant for a would-be mate. Lurantis is very loosely based on these.

its based on an orchid, there are mantids that look like orchids to camoflague so its a play on that
