>>54880261It's the most fun game carrying the Pokemon game since HGSS. In the grand scale of video games, that doesn't mean much since Pokemon has sucked various levels of ass for decades.
But it's understandable that people who enjoyed the original games from the 90s got a breath of fresh air with Legends because it was not made with the same template as every other game in the series, and at least tried to be different. Just remotely making it look like Pokemon has finally evolved and expanded from the 90s was enough to make people believe it's a good game.
And then SV released which was like the Cheetahmen of Pokemon lmao
