As literally anybody could’ve guessed, PLA sales plummeted from March onward, and it never had a holiday season like every other Pokémon game. PLA was, quite literally, on track to hit 20+ million if they had let it have 2022 to itself and release another update/DLC. Rushing Gen 9 in a year early is the worst business decision TPC has made in the last decade.
