it feels like these games have everything going for them, i love the music, the art style, all the new pokemon, the setting, etc. but holy fucking shit are these games just criminally unfun slogs with 0 freedom whatsoever, it looks like it should be an open free and fun game but instead it's the most narrow boxed-in linear shit ever
