Why did /vp/ tell me this game was hard? I'm at the end of the game and the enemies are still using underleveled, unevolved Pokemon.

It's "hard" because compared to the average pokemon game, you might actually lose a mon against a battle or two instead of mindlessly sweeping everything. Actual difficulty will not be found anywhere in pokemon, just grinding at worst.

I doesn't get until postgame for the AI to have actual sensical movepools and strats, and it's only like 10 trainers. The E4 is the hardest nuPokemon E4 but that's not saying a whole lot.
