Best move of each type? I think its something like
>Electric: Thunder Wave (though Thunderbolt is close)
>Normal: Explosion
>Fire: Fire Blast
>Flying: Drill Peck
>Grass: Sleep Powder
>Ground: Earthquake
>Ice: Blizzard
>Psychic: Hypnosis (Though Psychic is VERY close)
>Rock: Rock Slide
>Water: Hydro Pump
Those are the only types with good moves. If we were to extended it to all types, then I guess it'd be something like

Not with Dream Eater on that list.
With Psychic, Amnesia, Hypnosis, and even Rest as an option, Dream Eater should be no where near that list.

Toxic in gen 1 is fucking broken because it shares the counter with Leech Seed meaning every turn you get more and more HP recovery back from it.
